We collect only the minimum data needed to operate TalkNights: your identity, email, and avatar from your chosen sign-in method. We do not request broad permissions from Google or LinkedIn beyond identity, email, and avatar.
How we use your data
- To create and secure your account.
- To register you for events and send reminders you can unsubscribe from.
- To measure attendance and improve the product.
What others can see
Your personal data is never exposed to other attendees. Hosts see only the registration data the product explicitly allows.
We send transactional emails (sign-in links, confirmations, reminders). Non-essential emails include an unsubscribe option.
